Privacy Policy

MahaFocus is a daily focus and planning app, in English and Marathi. It is operated by MahaBiz Growth Solutions LLP.

When you create an account: your name, your email address, and your password, which is used only to sign you in.

What you add to MahaFocus:

• tasks, reminders, categories and plans;
• focus sessions and your productivity statistics;
• habits and routines, including music you upload for them;
• health and wellness entries you choose to record;
• ThinkSpace notes and ideas, 5X lists, SCOPE days, and Goalbook goals with the pictures you upload;
• your profile photo, if you add one, and your settings, such as language and time zone.

About your access: when your free trial started and ends, your access status, and a record of changes to it.

On your device: a copy of your workspace saved in your browser, so MahaFocus works offline. Logging out removes it — unless there are changes that haven't synced yet and you choose to keep them on that device.

• to run MahaFocus for you: keep your account, and sync your workspace between your devices;
• to send emails about your account, such as confirming your email address or resetting your password;
• to manage your free trial and your access;
• to keep MahaFocus working and secure, and to fix problems;
• to see, in total, which features get used, so we can improve MahaFocus (see “Usage statistics”).

MahaFocus counts page views and a few product milestones — such as a task created or a focus session started — with Vercel Analytics, and measures page speed with Vercel Speed Insights. These are sent without cookies and without the query part of the page's address, and never include anything you write, such as task titles or notes.

Nothing is sent when your browser asks sites not to track you (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), or when you turn off “Share anonymous usage statistics” in Settings on that device.

These service providers handle information for us, to run MahaFocus:

• Supabase — our database, sign-in, file storage and account emails. The MahaFocus database is hosted in Supabase's Mumbai (India) region.
• Vercel — hosts the MahaFocus website and app, and provides the usage statistics and speed measurements described above.

MahaFocus uses a few cookies and browser storage that it needs to work:

• sign-in cookies that keep you signed in;
• a cookie that remembers your language;
• browser storage for your theme, your usage-statistics choice, and the offline copy of your workspace.

MahaFocus doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can delete your account yourself in Settings — or, once your access has ended, from the screen shown when you sign in. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting your account removes it, together with everything you added to MahaFocus and the files you uploaded. The copy in your browser on that device is cleared too; copies on your other devices stay there until you log out on them.

A few records are kept after an account is deleted:

• a coded form of your email address (not the address itself) with the date your free trial started, so the same address can't start another free trial;
• the history of changes to your access, and records of actions the MahaFocus team took on your account.

• While your access is active, you can see and change your information in the app.
• You can ask for a copy of your information by emailing help@mahafocus.in.
• You can turn off usage statistics in Settings.
• You can delete your account, as described above.

MahaFocus is for people aged 18 or over.
